We can discuss your requirements, and register your interest to receive e-mail updates on the latest available properties. It is wise to start looking about a month before you wish to move.
Once a suitable property if found, you will need to reserve it by completing the referencing forms and paying the referencing fee, we will then class the property as 'Under Offer'.
We use a third part referencing company to conduct the referencing process on our behalf, however we double check their findings ourselves. A full credit check will be undertaken, references from current and previous landlords will be sourced as well as current and previous employers. The referencing process is normally completed between four to five working days. If you are self employed and have been so for more than three years then we do request your accountants details.
Once completed, a move in date can be arranged and final paperwork completed.
